Our Enigmatic CEO
Dr.J.Rajendran, popularly known as JRD, is the Chairman of JRD Realtorss. He was born in the year 1960 and hails from Namakkal, Tamilnadu. He belongs to a self-effacing family which is bourgeois i.e neither wealthy nor renowned, thus he has attained an upbringing in the modest terms. His father was a grocery merchant. Later, he took his first steps towards education at Government Hr Sec School, Namakkal. As it is said by Sir Benjamin Franklin – “In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.” Thus, he too faced some startling family circumstances where he was in a phase to quit school and was obligated to get into business. So, he initiated a provision store in Namakkal which was working well due to his hard work. Success came right away; he got married and was blessed with two children. However, with the bad phase rolling, JRD’s insistent expansion plans didn’t work well. This is because JRD made some real bad, appalling business decisions and also had some wretched investments. The man post losing almost everything, relocated with his family to Kovaipudur, Coimbatore.
Not losing hope, he gradually started to put his life back on the move by taking a career as a table cleaner in a hotel and did some brokerage as well. Furthermore, the lessons learned from the mistakes and failures began shaping his destiny as he commenced JRD Realtorss Construction Company – a brand known for offering customers with high-end quality and precision. Times have moved on and JRD Realtorss is now entering is 25th successful year in the construction industry. However, in this 25 years long voyage we have sustained our core values - Commitment, Dedication, Name of Trust and Impeccable Quality for all.
